Our 5-Stage QC System
I. IQC – Incoming Quality Control
Every batch of raw materials—from high-grade 304 stainless steel to precision springs—undergoes chemical composition analysis and hardness testing before entering the production line.
II. IPQC – In-Process Quality Control
Our technicians perform real-time inspections at every critical workstation. We don’t just wait for the finished product; we catch discrepancies at the source.
III. Mechanical Endurance Testing
This is our “Hardcore” stage. Randomly selected units are placed in our fatigue-testing rigs to ensure they exceed 500,000+ cycles, simulating decades of heavy use.
IV. Salt Spray & Corrosion Resistance
To ensure durability in diverse climates (from humid coastal areas to industrial environments), our hardware undergoes rigorous salt spray testing to guarantee a rust-free lifespan.
V. FQC & OQC – Final & Outgoing Check
Before a single box is sealed, every unit undergoes a final manual inspection for finish quality, smooth operation, and accessory completeness. 100% inspection, zero compromises.
